    Only ones you directly control, eg. pred missile, Airstriks, gunner chopper etc. Care packages do not count towards kill streaks. ;)

    The most cost effective way would be a good exhaust, sport filter replacement, and a decat. Most will tell you just to upgrade the suspension and brakes though.
