Yeah Nigel, just bought the BG-E3 for my 400d and the difference it makes is immense, proper nicely weighted and chunky to hold onto, plus the added bonus of being able to use normal rechargable batteries, which are so much cheaper than buying another canon battery

I find it's easier if you tell them you work in IT and everything has been tried with parts from other machines. they just send new parts out then aiiight
I've had HPs for years, never had any problems with them and found support (business support) to be unparalleled.
