Battery flat? / Alternator gone?

The box you've labelled above in red, the face of it (which you can see square on now) has about 5 clips on it. Flat head under each of these clips and the 'cap' pops off. It'll show a board and a white pin inside it. :D

Did you use thermal paste to put back on?

We have ours connected to a HUB, which also has an external HDD on it too. Use's the software to connect to the hub which gains you access to the bits on the HUB. Obviously only one PC can be connect to the HUB at any one point. The HUB is connected to the Wireless Router.
