The brakes are good initially (R5 GTT brakes after all) but theyre crap after a bit of abuse.

Because you seem to all be modifying them, i.e making them less friendly for day to day use, which you could of done by getting a Cup, and saving a packet while you were at it. All that for air con and ABS eh?

On the way home from work i get to a set of lights with two lanes, one to go forward and one to turn right, though theres loads who cheat and go straight ahead on the right lane. You can see them rolling back and forward holding the clutch so they can get ahead of me but ive never ever been...
Whilst driving the 172 at brands i liked the way the rear end can be played with, the Cup is a bit more snappy because its harder to lose grip. The vibe im getting from you Jon is that characteristic has been lost with the 172 on Eibachs, but thats not suprising as thats what lowering springs...
Duh should of realised that! Its bloody quick though, some in gear figures are on par with the Mac F1, and the sensastion is more when theres just a windscreen to protect you and your arse is almost on the ground!
However when i got a go in a Formula Renault you would not believe how fast it...
I think its more than that..its got the best bhp per ton of any car out at the moment. I drive one quite regulary and its hard to get to grips with, a bit too much power imo though great fun all the same, i found teh R300 better to drive but ive heard an R400 is out now.

I really liked her, still do in fact, but i could only see her once a week so there wasnt much point. I only have normal pictures left and a couple which are probably best not put onto the internet.
