Any1 know of a cheap/good refurber for standard clio wheels on a new model? Ive had some kerbing (mums fault!) and i want it sorted. Anyone know of any near wimbeldon would be helpful!

Cheers for that, i bought the autoleads 509 version thingy, but i saw the connect2 aswell. I havent actually taken delivery of the autoleads on yet so i may change it to the other one if you guys think its better!? Also does it work exactly as with the factory headunit? or is there some things...
Hi has any1 fitted one of these? Do uhave to take the dash off to do it? i read the please read b4 posting thread but its out of date now as sony have done a stalk and display adapter now. Cheers

Dont think u can change the lifting collars. We were talking about the mk3 which is the newest clio. But essentially its a clio2 mk2 cause its just had a facelift.

On the instructions they dont tell u to do that. Yes i did notice the alan keys lock thing but you can still take off the other bit if u just tug a little even with some glue. Although what glue did u use?
Yeah i was gonna glue it in...but havent as yet. what did u use to do it? problem is that if u glue it u cant take it in car wash not that i ever will but it does limit my options if i wanted a quick fix.

Turns out these things r totally NOT anti theft...they just screw on and off as normal...a proper scam if u ask me...but they do look cool...they just wont be kept on car for long. Mines been nicked within 2 weeks...i got another though! lol

lol theyre both like identical...dont worry i have looked into this...theyre like carbon fibre styled...although u have to get 2 on ur keyring with clifford as opposed to one with toad, although apparently u can get more colours with clifford...

Yeah the features r a selling point but honestly, i think thats xactly it. Theyre a selling point rather than actually worthwhile, the only things i want r intellistart and smart windows (remote start and remote control of windows), theyre both offered with both companies. Imf finding the...
Hiya guys...been quoted for the clifford concept 300 and toad ai606 model want to know what peopls experiences have been and what the general opinion is on both systems. Im getting a really good deal with the toad but clifford are a lot more well know (i think), please let me know guys...
o can i get a price on a pre cut out stealth shelf for the 6x9s too then please m8. Do u do the autoleads for the sony headunits too? i need the one which works witht he newest shape clio stalk and display, if not dont worry. Cheers.

Fred... u rekon they will be worn out in 6 months?!? Is that on the 35mm or the 60mm?! Thats not a very long time considering they are brand new. Also how will i know when they have worn out, will my clio be really bouncy or stiff or what!? Cheers

hi guys i had a previous topic about lowering my clio and people suggested to me 60mm. Basically, i have been worried by a m8 of mine who has a 1.2. He told me to drop mine 60mm too but then got back to me a few days l8r saying that apparently the 1.6 is different in some way meaning that i...
The ktec grilles rule. I rekon they look amazing, add some real style to the car. Makes u stand out among the rest. Not cheap IMO but well worth it. Was my first mod.

Any 1 else done it? The normal one is sh*te. Surely someone has a good method?! Wanted to really change the gaitor too but this is seeming like a more and more unlikely idea.

Hi guys im working on changin my hand brake handle. I have picked out a nice momo one and am wondering if anyone has had experience in doing and if they have, could you tell me a link to a good guide, or if possible gimme a brief explanation of what to do. On the other hand if u think it needs...
Ok... my stupidity may be apparent now but i thought a hoover was a vacum cleaner?! Im getting a sparco lift reverse gear knob....so when they say its lift reverse it doesnt mean that it has the lift thing on it does it? Rocko are u suggesting cutting through the top part where the labels os...
Hey guys ive read the previous posts on this subject and i think im gonna go with the hacksaw option. I have a new clio 1.6 new model and want to fit a new knob to it. The original is lift reverse. Can some 1 tell me where i need to cut into and what should i expect to find once i have prized it...
Thanks for that m8. I think im gonna get it done with them now. Cheers again.

P.s. do are they just a body shop or do they do bodykit fitting and stuff like lowering too?
Thank u FRED CHRIS AND PRETENDER, i really appreciate it. 60mm it is. I dont have the 17" yet, but a 50mm drop on the 15"s will look good enough for now. Ill check out the pi springs. Thanks boys!
~*David*~
Lots of people saying 60mm, will i need to roll the arches with the 17"s?? A couple of people on here saying they had trouble with speed humps on 35mm?!?! Any1 else with this experience i cant do 60mm if people r having trouble with 35mm. O and can any1 suggest a good set of springs to do it on...
Any1 know any good body shops in or around wimbeldon they wanna recommend me? Its for doing the colour coding on my car. Cheers I really appreciate it!

Thanks a lot people. Some mixed views though. Some say 35mm all round others say 60mm will be fine. Im talking about the Clio 2 facelift version, basically the newest one. Id love to do 60mm with 17" but im really worried about the speed humps, especially when im hoping to get a kit some time...
