From my experience and that of others, I'd say:
North - Gary Burnett/RSTuning
Midlands - Birchdown/Diamond Motors
South - Two Techs/Rentech (the original one)

Yep. Really good results with the MF system on Renault paint, it seems to like it. I did bring a yellow pad with me too, but they micro-mar on mine and you end up having to follow up with refining afterwards. The MF ones just work really well.
AI is excellent but seems to lose its balance when the conditions are wet. Probably down to using TC. I can monster the field in a Renault if it's wet, even at 75 difficulty.
I'd stretch to a 200 rather than a 197. I've had a 182 and 200 from new for 5+ years each and overall I'd go 200.
They're not great on fuel though. ~28mpg at best, over mixed driving. 32-35 on a motorway run.
Awesome cars though. Both are miles ahead of the C4.
