I might be getting some seats out of an mx5 for the 172 but was wondering about the bases, are they removable from the standard seats or would the only way be making/buying runners? Was having a chat with my dad about it and we reckon they're welded to the seat.

Hey guys I think I've got a misfire on my 172 cup. It's hesitating to rev at the lower end, but frees up a little around 3.5k. Does this sound like a misfire and what could I do to check?

So after finding out the bolt holding the big end of the dog bone was well and truly seized, it had to be ground off. (ball ache) Am I right in thinking this is the right place for the washers? It was a t**t to squeeze in!

Does anyone have any experience doing this or know someone that has done it, and how they did it? I'm wanting to spray mine as the rubber is mingin and falling apart. Cheers for any help.

Does anyone know if evo 4 seats will fit in a mk2? I'd imagine they would need custom frames or would they be ok with omp frames?

Has anyone got any experience with these amps? The model in question, MS-275 is what I have come across, in an alright condition. I might clean it up, give it a lick of paint if it's going to be worth it.

Is the bonnet heat shield needed? The clips on mine are knackered and after cleaning the bonnet I'd like to leave it off as I quite like the look.

Do I need to get the dash off to change the tweeters or is there an easier way? I know you can remove the grill but that seems too small to get the tweeter out to change it.
