    It doesn't snap it shreds generally then the little bits get in behind the bottom pulley in the Cambelt causing it to jump.

    Could be a sticking throttle body or a loose plug on either the pedal or body.

    Motor wiper arm and blade plus 3 bolts and 1 nut. Should just plug in.
