I like the Pug GTi a lot, I love the styling and the fact that there not as common as the Saxo and doesnt come with the "Saxo" image (sorry Craggy!)

I think if you colour code all the door handles and bump strips it looks just as good as a 3 door, and Im not biased cos my Clio is a 3 door.

Doubt it theyll keep up with a VTS or GTi but should keep up with a VTR quite easily.

There was summit or Sky the other night, 5th gear I think where they tested the Scooby against the Evo round the track, the Evo beat the Scooby by 2 seconds. Also, in my opinion, Scoobys are common, Evos are not, if I had the choice between the 2, itd have to by the Evo I think.

Have you looked into the Fcous RS? What was your price band? What about them Alfa GTVs, Golf R32, Accord Type R? Just some more suggestions, but Id imagine the R32 drinks petrol. Accord Type R has similar performance to Civic Type R but looks a look more luxurious inside.

They are good cars, well specd and nippy so Ive heard members on here say! I tend to see a few 172s about as well, lots of mk2 172s but only remember seeing 1 on the first lot of bug eyed 172s.

I think Ive seen 2 Willys ever and usually see a few vavlers around Notts. Theres 5 million billion trillion of them 1.2 16v mk3 Clios though, every day I see 50 billion trillion k million!

Personally Id take it to Lexs autocentres, there nationwide and good value as well. Ive always took my car there and it always comes back top notch!
