Depends if the inlets in your 182 are RS stamped ones. Otherwise IIRC they're identical to a Mk2 172.

421's with aftermarket ECU or 438's standard ECU.

No real difference in running costs. 172 cup (without AC) would make belt changes cheaper though.

I would say age does more damage to the belt then miles. Depends how much you valve the current engine I guess.

Well I didn't bother lowering the steering wheel coloumn after all, mainly because I was happier with the seat height when I had a OMP subframe fitted before ( when I borrowed one of Chris's) The X-low subframe and Corbeau Revo would be fine for track use only, but not great for road miles...
