Dont go satin black with the alloys. Personally i would go anthricite or chrome black if you want a dark colour. Satin black makes them look like they have a chalk board finish IMO. sorry for the negativity :)

thankyou :) i didnt think i would be the only one who had the idea. I am now the proud owner of a set of 5 Oz F1's 15" for £50 and my alloys. all have good tyres apart from the spare which is running a little low :)

ahh right. i have been offered a set of 5 15" with tyres for £220. good price or is it over the top? they are slightly curbed. cheers jake

haha yeah i know that but are the 16's rarer and is there a major price difference?

unfortunately i have already brought all of the bumpers and they are in the workshop waiting to be sprayed :( insurance is only £100 more for the bodykit and the exhaust. I am glad to say that i have calmed down alot since my accident. Thankyou for your advice :) what would you say is better 172...

The paint is actually a Renault factory colour 'Nordick Green' and that wheel is actually curbed believe it or not. Its not the spare as i have a steely as a spare unfortunately :(

I am making a sport replica and i have all the body kit (bumpers front and rear, skirts and arches) and they will be getting sprayed on monday with prep over the weekend. The exhaust is just a short term measure until i can replace it with another one.

your car is looking like a beast. Sorry to hear about the engine though :( i have a 5 door and doing a sport rep like you :) did you every try to fit the sport skirts? personally i wouldnt go for the cage in a 5 door, just wouldnt look right :)

looking very tidy. i am in the process of converting my 1.2 into a sport and was wondering how you had to modify the wheel liners to fit the arches? also how did you remove the dash strips and door strips?

thankyou for your views on the subject guys, what will the stealth do? will it have a thoaty sound or is it just like a replacement for the standard one? my car has a wheel well so i cant get one that will intrude that. would you suggest getting the full system or just the back box?
