would be your dip beam that is too low check your dial in the car is set to zero. you adjust it by an alenkey bolt on the headlight servo. there is a set hight they need to be so can just guess it need to use a beam setter.
silvertech bulbs are fine as long as they flash orange.

as long as the led side lights are white they will be fine.

great cars go well very good on fuel. just the normal clio stuff arb links springs ect.
cambelts are big jobs to change like the 2.0ls so see when it was last changed.

on my non-sport ph1 there is a spacer between the back plate and beam you could swap for a smaller one or same size but with some camber to give you more arch clearance.

you can get a tool to check the boiling point/moisture content of brake fluid so know what condition it is in.
anyone good garage will do it part of a full service.
imbalance wont be caused by old fluid but still worth changing if done in 2012 .
will be sticking calipers,sliders or pads tight in the housing if its 20% imbalance on the service brake or flexi starting to collapse .
if its on the hand brake could be the same as above or from stretched sized...
