Jesus, it was discussed on facebook as Callum stated and we all mutually agreed to change the date due to it falling on Valentines date.
Next time we will ensure we all ask your permission before changing anything mate.
As stated, camber can be added if you wish. I have been running cooksports for about 18 months, 9 months on standard shocks with no camber and around the same length of time on cup shocks with 1.5 degree of camber. No issues on either setup, obviously running camber you expect slightly quicker...
As above mate, looking around £750 for that lot..
~£150 Cup Shocks
~£130 Cooksport Springs
~£130 PMS Top Mounts
~£130 Powerflex Bushes
~£50 Ball Joints
~£150 Inner and Outer Rods & Steering Rack Bushes
Alternatively if it was all OEM you would replace the wishbones which come complete...
From what I remember mate it costs the best part of £750 for parts only, plus the RARB, Dogbone etc. It obviously differs slightly dependant on the setup you go for, I went for the above as i didn't want anything too stiff for road use.
If i was to do it again, I would probably sack the...
I did mine back last summer, best money i have spent on the car. The difference is like night and day.
I personally replaced;
Genuine Front Cup Shocks
Genuine Rear Cup Shocks
Cooksport Springs
PureMotorsport Solid Top Mounts
Powerflex Wishbone Bushes
Powerflex Inner ARB Bushes...
I had the Evo 2 Plus in my previous car are being honest they will be too small for you. I was only 5ft 9" and 13 stone back then and they were perfect for me but if you are broad there is no way your shoulders would fit comfortably.
It isn't too bad considering the weather of late, i haven't cleaned it for well over 2 months but her indoors washed it during the week as she has been using it since Christmas.
Haha, that would be cool! I
FCS is normally a good shout, especially given the fact its on our door step.
I think were looking at doing a drive over the Brecon's when it warms up a little, always a cracking day out.
Re: ArcticClio182...progress..
Looks spot on mate.. Word of advise though mate, I would hold off on the TPI bolts until after the winter.. They suffer with discolouration and rusting with the road salt and grime.
Mine took a pounding, especially given the fact i haven't cleaned it for over...
If your on standard cup wheels you should be fine. i'm running ET40 Turini's now with 15mm rear spacers with no camber and the fronts are 20mm with 1.0 degrees now and its perfect, no rubbing at all.

Cheers pal, looks a fair bit different lol!
It is on Cooksport Springs, Cup Shocks and PMS solid top mounts. 15mm rear spacers, 20mm front spacers with 1.5 degree camber on the front end.
Cheers Ash! It's only a possibility right now. I'm pretty attached to it still lol!
Yeah I have been reading up about them a fair amount and a few of my friends have them so I have some idea on what to look for etc.. Seems to be a fair bit to check for on them.
I'm only interested in a GW...
Yeah mate, was awesome! They were flying, I was okay in the twisties.. Dead on the straights lol! Great fun all the same, the guy with the GT3 on picked it up on Xmas Eve so only had it 2 days but he wasn't hanging about. It's nice to see cars like that being used properly.
It is possibly in...
I haven't had much time to myself of late so I decided to go for a drive early Boxing Day morning.
Conditions were lovely.. nice fresh air, clear skies and miles of empty roads! I drove from Bournemouth up through Ringwood onto the B3081 towards Shaftesbury so I could visit Zig Zag Hill and...
