My old car played up before. where it was turning over just not starting. Now im no tech head and dont know if this will help, however we ended up taking the negative off the battery, turning to start it whilst placing the negative back on, (sparked a bit) and it fired away. Havent a clue why...

we got armed robbed at work.... they stole both our car keys, other was a audi A3, yet they left the cars in the car park and didnt touch them :S

colour coding the bumpers. i went to get a quote to get all the car colour coded. back, front, side and mirrors. quoted 270 for the lot. is this reasonable or should i be looking harder??

I can see both sides. Its probs 50.50 both sides have a valid claim. I jus hope you get it back safely. and sooner rather than later.

my god. Surely you have a case if you wernt informed, it was for 'show'? you only went there knowing that your stuff was safe and secure. i.e CC fecking TV??

i know some one with exactly the same car as me. only thing is mine is 1 year older. They have automatic headlights. and i dont, or i dont think. How would i turn them on to automatic if i 'did' have them.

is there anyway of queiting them down? i used to like m y old one, thing is, you couldnt hear pple talk in the car. Jus woundered if it was possible to queit them down a tad :o

I jus put them on to show white lights against my sidelights. cant tell as much with the headlights on. Iv been warned about fog l ights though. Although i didnt even mean to have em on lol Well mine passed MOT last week with these in. so.... there staying. :)

if your statring out, best to get 2 6x9" for the parcel shelf. then maybe an amp to power them. then possibly a sub. for your price range, you will be looking for 200-400w amp & 10" sub. You should be able to do this for 150. Jus look on here for people selling. ebay might be the best...

do some research on insurance prices now. On 1.2's 1.4's or what ever u want. Get a rough figure and the company that is the cheapest. Once your over here, you will know what u can get, a case of rining the insurance company and taking a policy. Or buy the car, say u will pick it up the next...

i looked around, and ended up with a 1.4 black dynamique, 51reg, 65k miles, fsh, a/c, cam belt replaced at 61k, the full works basically. all for 1800 :) thought it was a bargin tbh.
