Standard with forged rods but got the torque set up lower and been like this for nearly 3years now, and still running strong with no problems or oil usage. The 9 mivec engine is meant to be slightly stronger than the 6-8 and a lot stronger than the 10 which seem to destruct near 400bhp

The services still have to be done every 6months even if you don't reach the mileage, the smaller ones like 13,5k and 4,5k can be done by yourself just oil in the engine.
As for compared to the S15 its a lot more stable, faster, puts power down A LOT BETTER! nice interior, easier to get parts...
Thank you :) its a 9 FQ340 can tell the difference by the 8 has no rear diffuser and doesn't have the open front grill, 9 has rear diffuser and open front grill and is Mivec engine the 8 is not part from that they are identical to the MR editions.

Very nice after my Evo X was looking at 8 and 9 and really wanted the gunmetal but ended up with a red 9 FQ340 running 451bhp. Lovely motor and hard to get anything close for the money.

They do like to drink fuel though, getting 80-120miles from £30 in mine.
well considering my X running 370bhp will sit with my mates 9 GT 410bhp, I will say your wrong. Too many people jump on the hate band wagon but with a few choice mods they are great cars and if u look on MLR you will be surprised with the amount of owners who have 10s now prefer them over older...
At this moment in time yep! was talks of a hybrid evo next but been dropped for now. Too many car companies being able to now get 300bhp out of smaller cheaper to run engines and the pushing on companies to drop emissions has ruined it.

I don't think there's any colour that I wouldn't want to own in the V6 all look great.
But as theduck says Ph1 Iliad blue with silver pods would be epic to own but as there rare it's going to be a Ph2 Iliad blue V6 or if in price Mars red :)
I have no words to say so wont say anything, but I spent Saturday filling in 6 tiny holes on my boot lid where a spoiler was fitted it took a while and was boring as hell but now ready to be sprayed.
