A048s are very good, better than 888s.
Whatever tyres you get try a medium compound, they will take a little while longer to get up to temp but you'll find they won't go off nowhere near as quick and you'll have a much more enjoyable session.
You can even run soft on the rear and medium on...
@williamsclio1 @LeeRS shame about the rubbing on the rear bud, I'm running the same as you but with 195 tyres which is probably the difference. Lawro ran cooksports and 15mm spacers and never mentioned any rubbing with 205 tyres and standard rims so that's a shame.
Anyways as a suggestion why...
Ok no worries. Loads of Clio specific hubcentric spacrers available so it's pretty straight forward.
I've got cup turinis on mine with 16mm spacers and it sits nice.
What offset are your turinis?
Cup turinis are et38.5 and need 16mm spacers
Trophy turinis are et45 and need 20mm spacers.
Makes a huge difference to the looks and will drive spot on aswell.
Gtechniq c2v3 or carpro reload. Both are in budget and perform extremely well. Srp is a good product so use that first then simply spray on and buff off either spray sealant.
For what you want I'd go for a spray sealant over fk 1000p just because they are so fast to apply and they do help keep...
2003 16v with air-con.
I can see where your coming from because the dip stick on these is stubby but even with man hands it's no problem at all.
Hope you find the solution your looking for.
When I had my 1.4 I never had any real problems getting to it and checking the oil. I must admit it's not the easiest dip stick to get to but it's certainly not a problem.
Just man up and get stuck in!
You could well be right but if you wanted a wider stance and to fill the arches maybe you could kill two birds with one stone and fit the 16mm spacers. If you want to know the smallest spacer you can get away with then unfortunately I can't help you.
No problem at all. I also did a lot of research when looking for mine.
These are the mounts. You need two of these and with a slight trim they fit into the existing Renault brackets then you can fit up your exhaust to get it sitting perfectly and drill through the powerflex mount. They work...
I've got JJC 16mm spacers with my cup turinis and it sits perfectly, these will be fine with the Brembos.
Get the spacers from eBay and the bolts direct from JJC as it works out a little bit cheaper than the whole kit JJC sell on the website.

Everyone on here seems to think the btm system is the greatest exhaust ever made so chances are everyone will recommend that and that's what you'll buy.
I've had a piper cat back exhaust on my 182 for around 18 months now and I use my car for a mixture of motorway driving, driving around town...
@williamsclio1 those 16mm spacers you found are they from JJC as a kit?
