dont use c.v boots that are split down the side and you glue together they dont last long befor they fall apart.
sounds like the bearings are failing or its overchargeing.
have you checked what the batterys chargeing with a multimeter?should be between 13.6 to 14.2v.
check out toyos website for there guide for setting tyre prssures get them right as it plays a huge part of how well they work and last the will be alot lower than what you will run your road tyres at.
for the mot all you need is acess so the tester can test the rear belts be it between the seats how i test most 3door cars or lean over the back seats.but thats up to the tester if he wants todo that.
