Yeah that's what I was thinking. Already owning a 4S it seems to make sense to go sim only and sell the 4S and buy a 5 outright.

Am I missing something with everyone committing to 24 month contracts? Not sure I would want to be tied into a contract that long without the prospect of being able to upgrade? Having said that, O2 at £26 p/m and a handset price of £249.99, you'd be better off just selling your current phone...

Hmm, difficult one, I've got to admit I'm not familiar with the 3312, if you're going to be upgrading the fronts for sure and the 3312 will be better then it may pay to invest in it, tbh the 1912 is a fantastic unit. what sort of speakers are you going to be looking at upgrading to?

I bought the AVR1912 with a Tannoy 5.1 setup a couple of months back, does sound very good compared to a friends onkyo, it sounds a lot brighter at the top end. The Audyssey Multi EQ helps with that I think and it's what made my mind up when purchasing. Certainly very happy with mine.
