How do i remove the plastic insert out of the bumper

ive just fitted a set of fk highsports, i currently have 25mm spacers on the fron but its rubbing on the wing like mad, will 10mm spacers be enough to cler the wheels of the coilovers?

im having a bit of trouble findin either 10 or 15mm hubcentric ive looked on venom motor sport and deamon tweeks and they both only supply spacers with longer wheel bolts System (A) - Supplied as a flat spacer does anyone know where i can get them from? or do i just have to use longer...

Over the past few weeks my ABS light has started to come on when i drive the car, it doesnt come on every time i drive it and when it does come on it only comes on after i have been driving it for about 5-10mins, when the car is turned off and back on again it doesnt come back on? Any ideas?

i wanting to fit an induction kit but am not sure how to get my airbox off. I dont want to mess about with it without knowing what to do first, so how do i take the standard airbox off a 1.2 clio??
