So the clio finally seen the road today! 1st time in about 6 months. Got the calipers bled all round with the new fluid bled through and also tested the team dynamics back on to check for scrubbing issues. The road from my house to the nearest petrol station is full of twists, turns, bumps...

After a good while of twatting about trying to get those torx bolts out of the old disc due to being seized. The new brake set up is now fitted. Also has new discs and pads on the rear also. Just need bled now and then ready for a test drive.

I know your pain mate! I noticed when i had the dash out that a grommet was hanging out the bulkhead. So im going to guess that's where the water is coming in. I was thinking of having it on the verticle but its just mounting it.

Thats the exact same thought i had. Was too worried incase the bolts would foul but when fitted upside down it is totally fine. As for the bolts they were just ones i had lying around the garage. If anything there far too long 😂 I think they may be M6 but im not 100% sure i would have to...

Now onto the next mod for the clio! Bought these off @Djw Dave a good while ago now but finally getting round to fitting them. Accomodated them with a new set of Brembo HCs, Some Motul RBF600 fluid and a set of Mintex M1144 pads. Hooefully get these fitted tonight if all.goes to plan.

Just a quick update here. Took delivery of my new induction hose, so whilst making a start to the battery relocation I decided to give it a test fit. Liking the new look, frees up more space and with the headlight blanks in it will be more beneficial
