This isn't actually in so the wires wouldn't be there it would be behind the bumper/lights. Led strip lights from halfrauds. Placed them between the clear light casing and the blue plastic bumper just below. Obv you can just spray the frot I the strip so you can't see it it would just blend in.

The whining noise you're getting from the rear end sounds like a rear wheel bearing. When you turn sharp left or right does it dissappear then return when your straighten up? If it goes away when your take a left corner then it's your left wheel, same for the right side if u take a right side...
