And tbh a fair amount of the time the ability to record more than 2 things at once on Virgin is a load of BS, as Tivo has a mind of its own and records each and every showing of programs despite telling it not to (another hate of mine with Tivo) which often means the box is already recording...

Well in a normal setup you need: Pump Reservoir Radiator(s) Tubing Fittings & then you would have your waterblocks for CPU, GPU, MB etc but this would obviously be different for your application. If you have more specific questions I can try and help out.

You should try water-cooling, anything after that is a piece of p*ss.

I'd say its definitely around 45-50kg. I spend a fair amount of my time working with servers and disk arrays etc and this is comfortably heavier than any of the kit I deal with at work. I had to finish the build off upstairs as I would never have got it up the stairs, almost put my back out...
