Looks a nice little set up to start with. If you can get it for a good price then do so.
What lenses you need all depends what you want to take pictures of. You may be better off not buying in a bundle, but if its cheap enough and you have a use then do it.
For a first camera i don't see why...
Went out a few weeks back to try some street at night, still not sure what the difference is between street and a random picture. Took this, quite like it but don't really think it would be classed as street.
