Suprised you think it's a brick. My main issue with getting one was the size - it looked/felt massive.. but after getting one, it's no different carrying it around than my RAZR2 was.
The size is an easy thing to pick up on.. but it's thin.. in terms of space, the N95 is more of a brick, but...
1200 minutes, 500 text, unlimited (no fair usage either) data, unlimited wifi (The Cloud, BTOpenZone) for £45 a month.. I don't feel ripped off one little bit. Free 8GB iPhone with full iPod Touch capabilities on an 18 month contract, too.. can't go wrong.

Their fair usage anyway is amongst the worst I've seen, ever. I worked out that you can only average 2Mb between certain hours anyway, Heh.

I don't like saying it either, but BT Broadband has been pretty faultless for my clients at work too.
I have quite a large network going through one of them (just a single ADSL line, too) and it's very very rarely down.. solid as a rock.

About the same as any I guess.
After installing probably hundreds of Dell servers (and maintaining them afterwards), I see quite a few failures, but most of the time, it's just hard drive failure. RAID controllers sometimes go, and RAM sometimes goes, but apart from that, even with the volume...
