Whats the best product/method/tools to use when cleaning your alloys?

im off to the nurburgring this summer with some friends, and at the moment i have a ph1 172 completley standard, im going to be savin money between now and when i go to the ring (July time), and with this want to upgrade my brakes and suspension for it, but im looking to make my car look at bit...

Ive got a Ph1 172, and when looking at the fuel gauge its on the red line, but the trip computer says im good for another 50 miles? sometimes slightly more..... Is this accurate as i have noticed when turning the car off the needle will drop alot lower than the red line? I dont really wana...

Ive noticed my car is starting to pull to the left slightly and my right hand side tyre is starting to show some wear on it! im guessing i need to get them set up again and buy a new tyre, any idea's how much (wheel alignment) this would cost?

I was in a traffic jam tonight on my way home from work and the car began to idle like a tractor, i wound the window down and could hear the car was running on 3 cylinders, so i revved the car a little and it choked a bit then after 20-30 seconds returned to normal.... didnt get any more...

Just brought a standard ph1 172 sport and really enjoying it! Was wondering what would and wouldnt be a good idea to try and beat off the lights? Im hoping that i can give civic type r's a run for their money? obv not going to bother with Evo's and Scoobs etc... but just what should be fun...

Just brought myself a ph1 172 and the steering wheel on it is pretty F**KED! does anyone know how much it would be to replace it, or get it covered? if so where is good to go to? Cheers:cool:
