The rear seats are out and the boot carpet is in, need a Hoover hour but its in ace condition.
Fitted a usb charger to replace the port, nice clean fit and just makes life a bit easier.
Passenger seat rail has broken so I've had to buy another to sort that [emoji24].
Some really boring...
Hey Everyone, so my Clio has had this problem for a while and I've just sort of left it because its never really bothered me but I really think its time to sort it.
When the car has been sat for a while (cold start) it will idle perfect but when I set off for a few seconds its almost like its...
Hey Everyone, so I recently fitted a Pioneer DEH-4800DAB to my 182. I've just purchased one of those windscreen ariels for it. How do I go about getting the cable from the passenger corner of the screen to the head unit? Every time I've had the unit out there never seems to be anywhere to route...
New front shoes for the Clio, the Nankang NS2s havnt held up too well, one blew out after a pot hole and the other has done a few Autosolos, pretty bloody goosed though.
Got a boot mat but this bolt wont come out , came out half way with a windy gun then seized. Was hoping to have it done...
Went to fit the nearside window regulator today, found this blocking the window. Its obviously snapped off somewhere but I couldn't work it out exactly.
Removed and the window works perfectly. £50 saved

Its been hardwired in, it works with the ignition but also has a parking mode. Basically it takes a pictures every second to save on storage. When you turn on the ignition it tell you if there have been any incidents. It also monitors battery life to prevent the voltage going too low. Ill upload...
Seriously boring day, battery has started going a bit duff. Put a new one in for peace of mind. Also ordered a ns window reg to fix that.

Been an annoying week, I've just moved house and within 2 days some little cherubs smashed a toy next to my car and dented the bonnet rather badly.
I've had front and rear dash cams installed, if anything happens again I should know about it.
I put on the new renault sport badge this morning...
So yesterday i put the standard seat back in, so much more comfortable.
Gave it a good clean for the first time in a few weeks, needs a fresh coat of wax. I picked up some Polishing Booth #1 so I'll try that out.
Wind deflectors went on today.
I ordered some speakers since the fitted ones were...
Its been very quiet on the Clio front. I've just been offered a new job and will be traveling to and from work a lot further than I am now. I thought about picking up a second car for work with the clio being somewhat uncomfortable as a daily. I looked at all sorts, Meganes, Fabia VRS, BMW 5...
Omp: for a daily yes, prevents the need for driving gloves. I dont think it brings it that much closer to you, maybe in inch or so.
Its a solid un adjustable frame.
Pms sell the dampner, I think its £25.00 ish.
Not a problem at all

The Sabelt isnt on anymore but it was really nice, probably one of the the mods but the suede/alacantra is a pain for daily driving.
The seat has side mounts with an omp subframe, its in a really good position.
The PMS shifter is amazing, I have the dampner kit to reduce the cruising vibration...
Ive had it tested and checked it myself and it appears fine.
The seat is ace, dead comfortable too. Done a couple of 5 hour drives in fairly good comfort and no back ache.

Both the bumpers need sorting really but the front takes a beating at autosolos.
Only got a new crease from an event last weekend.

Some new genuine front shocks have gone on today. Planning to get some rears to, after that I think I'm going to go down the polybush route on everything.
The car is now starting to lean more towards track/autosolo than daily.
I think I'll be looking for a daily soon and look at stripping the...
