My renewal was £500. £614 last year. I'm now 25 though so I guess that makes a difference. My finacee's came down about £85 too (after I told them I'd got a quote online about £80 less than her renewal). Must be decreasing :S

I'm no expert but the "Optic headlight" bit sounds like the problem. I always thought you only got the right beam pattern from projectors with HIDs. Don't quote me though.

Saw two Albi 197's on my way home from work. About 12:45. First one turned right down the industrial estate near gk ford. The other was on Nottingham Road goin towards Alfreton, just past Somercotes Medical Centre. Bloody common as muck! Lol.
