Fred did the full cambelt service 18months ago so it is new in that respect.
Do the sports use the same alternators as the normal clios or do they have a different one?

Does the aux belt require timing as complex as the cambelt? Or does it just get tensioned?
So its £60 for the kit and £100-200 for the alternatr, and then labour cost. Ffs.lol.
Hi looking for some advice.
The alternator is apparently knackered and i know nothing about these. What exactly is its purpose and is it a big job to replace?
any way linked to the aux belt?
Any help much appreciated!
Learning to heel and toe is easy in the clio as the throttle response is pretty decent. Practice rev matching forst to get a feel for the response and required pressure and your more than half way there.
Need some advice on my options on rear shocks to go with the trophy front sachs. Rear sachs are hard to come by so looking for something else.
I have heard of koni rear adjustables being decent. Have no idea which ones fit though?
Any other decent shocks about that would go well?
Any advice...
Flol at some of these. I remember a lot from the max power days, especially that TVR. It was f**king quick too iirc?
For the guys that were old enough to drive back then, how the f**k did people afford to spend thousands and thousands modifying cars?
There were so many young people into cars back then. Kind of sad that that has died off and the majority of people of the same age these days aspire to be like towie et al. Hang out in coffee shops and stand about drinking champagne.
Better than sitting in a museum at the house i suppose. Still s**t. If i had the money the person who owns that place has i would be laying a good bit of tarmac down insteaf.
