Yep I had it sorted for the end of season expo cliosport stand. I bought a new bonnet as the old one had some rust underneath and replaced the bonnet catch so It looks brand new now.
Cheers mate.
It's colour changes are subtle as I said above and it's really hard to catch it. Some days it will look like a light blue then silver and sometimes grey.
I have to disagree with this. I'm not sure it's ever a stand out colour!
I'm not saying it's a bad colour, it's just very subtle, I think I read somewhere it was labelled the 'thinking mans liquid yellow'
The technical grey without a doubt. I'm 99% sure it's the one I'll keep if one goes. Even tho it was once a damaged car Steve that rebuilt it did an amazing job. everything about it feels right and I'd value it equal £'s to the blue one where others probably wouldn't.
It has a few oem+ upgrades...
Not much happened recently on this. Managed to get some original mats fitted. I think less is more and the plain design looks neat.
Iv got 20 new wheel bolts in the correct size with 19mm heads for when the wheels get refurbed. Which won't happen until next year now along with any paint work...
They are now on the Illiad. (Best colour ;) )
The tyre fitter laughed and said at least I'll have good grip going to the petrol station as apparently an F rating isn't good for economy! All the reviews are good for them tho and they are the replacement for the original tyre.
Iv not got a...
Let's hope so!!
5 turbos are awesome. Was a good turn out of them at origine rs this year and since then Iv longed to own one. Unlikely to ever happen tho.
Very tempting!!
Can be taxed and insured as a 1.2
That's because it is a 1.2!
Clio v6 replicas normally don't fail to disappoint and this ones up there with the best.
At least I'd say. Depending on what standard they want to bring it to. The smallest parts soon add up I'm learning this from tidying up my Illiad. I would of thought by the time I'm done i will of spent around £3k at least and nothing major was missing on it and the cambelt is not due.
Sorry @Goodj your going to have to travel to the big smoke alone, but I do have a decent reason not to be making it.
I do plan to get out to a few car based events and some of the social events next year tho.
The smallest bit can cost a fortune on the vee and some can take a while to get here from France (if they still make it!)
If the brakes are the same as a phase 2 they are a p racing @Dr Jekyll
