Anybody used the cheap clay bars from eBay, the ones that cost £3/4 pounds, there obviously not going to be as good as the more expensive ones but for claying once every 6/7 months are they ok?

If you have anything none standard on here people will moan, or if it isn't a 30k BMW, we've all gone through stages of trying mods, most do look crap but you learn, some anthracite Astra vxr alloys and a set of lowering springs would make it a really nice car, wouldn't bother with body kit/...

Looked equally as high on 172 alloys for some reason too, handles are rides like it should so not sure of the reason it looks like it does! A friend is selling me his eibach pro's so will see what there like then if not like you said try the cooksports.

Yer is a real 172, seems fairly high at the back, but ,mega high at the front! Will be putting it on springs soon, any ideas of why it was so high to start with?

Looks good, some people on Cs seem obsessed with hating anything that isn't 100% standard, don't think you'll have any trouble selling it, saved someone doing the work. If you'd have bought a 172 and paid £4/5k on insurance there'd be a million people on this thread going ape lol
