Got some secound hand xenons! But there's loads of play and movement in one of them! Seems as if nothing's holding them in the casing! Can I get anything to stop / repair this? Cheers

The engine management light came on the other day and turns out it's the lamber sensor ( after the cat) they wanted £190 to replace it witch I thought was a little steep! Is it safe to drive for a couple Of days till I can look around on prices! ? If anyone could post me a link for cheaper...

not yet. the guy from over the road has been repairing it for me , it was going well till we tried to take the drive shaft out , there's been a bit of confusion about it but I wont ore you with it, but hopefully be fine soon,

Will the shaft from the bearing to the bix fall out?

the casing isn't connected to the block mate did you mean undo the bolts awhere the bearing is and persuade it?

ok thanks mate. I'm just having trouble getting the black casing / housing away from the bearing any ideas why or how I get it off. as u can see in the pic the casing is to the left of the photo and the baring next to it and the shaft going to the box, sorry to sound stupid just trying to get...

maybe thinking its had an engine change at some point

does the end ( in the pic) fit into the clamp where the bearing is?

the black housing / casing is that one peace to the bearing and shaft that goes into the gear box? coz the shaft that's on looks like this ( pic)
