Whats Quicker a Phase 1 or a Phase 2 16v if there is 1 when did they stop phase 1s n start phase 2s

put a deposit down on a 16v to day Met Blue, Leather seats 16" alloys, s/steel exhaust(has got to go or magnexing it) got 64000 on the clock had cambelt changed etc etc only a small dink on the paint work on passenger side down part from that its pretty mint i think.
