Thanks for all the replies.
I've gone for G5 just to see me through the winter, as I doubt I will get a good enough day to apply G1 this side of Christmas. Will try G1 in the Spring.
Nice coat of wax on the car earlier and it starts to rain before I can buff it off. So I buff it off in the rain and now I've noticed bits I've missed! The the sun decided to come out so now I've got loads of water spots on my windows. Grrrrrr!
I'm looking at a glass sealant (preferably a kit), and I am currently looking at the Gtechniq range and the Nanolex range.
The Nanonlex kit on Polished Bliss is £29 more expensive than the GTechniq kit on Clean Your Car.
Has anyone used both kits? If so, is there any difference? I know that...
FFS.
I downloaded the software update, and then it started installing. An error come up saying that the software cannot be installed, code 14, then my phone went into recovery mode. I have tried to restore my iPhone but now that won't work either, code 14 again.
What can i do to sort this?1
Why won't it rain?!
Gave my girlfriend's car a couple of coats last weekend and it still hasn't rained. I want to see it's sheeting properties in real life!
The wheels do look a darker anthracite than standard, so it could be that a previous owner has had a refurb done to change the wheels from silver (non-cup pack) to anthracite.
The only way to find out is to measure the bolt spacing on the hub.
gally I just got a bottle of 2014 and I'm going to use it this weekend on the girlfriend's car. On the bottle it states for darker coloured cars dilute 1:1 with water. Did you do this on the Monaco Blue 172 or not?
