A recent stroke of luck has meant that Ben's work have offered us a spare ramp in the workshop. So as soon as it's up and running it's going to get a full once over and a good clean up :). Cheers for the much appreciated advice though Kev, will have a look and see how braking feels after new...

That's the plan, sorry made it sound like it was all going to be swapped over. Considering a rear disc conversion but not sure at this stage. When I drove it the brakes were diabolical.

The aim is to get it back to it's former glory - well almost! I like the idea of keeping it standard however we do want to keep the car reliable/usable and fun so I guess it'll be OEM+ in the end. Looking to upgrade the brakes and convert to carbs whilst keeping the exterior and interior as it...

Lol thanks! I still can't remember why I would have been sitting like that, I put it down to the smoke. LOL. Impressed with the MX5 sofaboy....didn't half worry when we got directed down the tunnel, all I could think of was your car last year!

The stand, as always, looked great! I had a good time, highlight for me was the Nosferatu racing owner letting me have a sit in the drag car. Awesome stuff :).

It was between 3 and 17 for me, although 15 is very good too! Voted 3, very good imagination :).

There are various threads about this and I have the same issue. I was told it was a lazy FPR, if you prime it twice (ignition on then turn it off then on and start :)) then it'll start up nicely.
