    I'd keep the 172, sounds like a really good example and £600 is a hell off a lot cheaper than spending thousands more on a 197.

    Look's good on track, sounded like a lot off fun! I'am debating booking Blyton for the 29th of this month to see what the ST is like. The few spirited drives I've had with 197 & 200's and even 1*2's have always been about the same, pace wise. Internet 'myth' them being slow.

    Love AG 200's. Such a shame you've had some bad luck. It's a no brainier going back to 172 Cup or even a good 182 to get back on track financially. Or could you take it off the road and run around in a banger for a while ?
