Single pipe only, sided to reflect the location of the exhaust manifold where appropriate. A Caterham is the most extreme example of this rule but the same applies whether the exhaust is inside...
I would also be looking at some ultra low subframes if i were you, sat in a 200 with recaro's the other week and i felt like i was sat on top of the car!
I did one lap in the new Clio 200T yesterday at bedford, from that i decided I like the balance and the chassis seems really good. I think the gearshift is slow both going up and down, especially going down, but it has a auto change down when you floor it so its sort of ok i guess.

Well there is a gain from using one, but i am not really in the position to tell you how much of a gain. Might be worth talking to pete(toastfrenzy) or Tony about this one i reckon.

RSR's are superb on a clio, even on stock suspension they allow you to be much quicker than a track spec'd car.
Might get some for the beemer if i can convince myself to track it.
