janspeed exhaust mate. Freshly polished with megs metal polish are they? i didnt know they were diffferent. ideal yes ive been looking at them tooo. got to get new disk and pads and MOT before i think about getting any new bits :)

i really should keep up with my thread lol yes its standard suspension now. The apex springs seemed to make it jump about especialy on corners. They were so hard when using sat nav the smallest pothole would knock it out of its cradle. KTR coilys maybe a future plan as i do miss the lowness...

ITG maxogen was recommended when i searched on here. That what i got 2nd hand on here sounds mint :). Not a noticeable increase in performance. Would be nice to get it rrd JMS one is tempting

Well to cut along story short My apex springs did my nut in. The carbon bonnet was a bit extreme for me. The Fk rear lights were an east way to make money. So i took them all off and freshened up my car a tad. And think it looks alot better (apart from ride hieght) But best of all it handles...

at this point i thought. success.. but it looks a bit of a showcar paint job on a non show car. so bit of a fail for me. paint it all one color again.
