Ok wocka n gt rob just let me know where and when and i`ll meet up.It doesnt seem a bad job just fiddly and if you know what you`re doing it helps unlike me.
I just couldn`t get to the bolt under the bracket so i`ve given up,went to four ashes renault specialists and they have quoted me £100+ to fit it so i`ll leave it for now.
Actually ive just seen that bolt, attatched to the belt pulley/arm thingy,i can see thats the tricky bit. Thanks for the info guys, will let you know how i get on tomorrow.:S
Hi,am going to attempt to swap over my standard lower inlet for an r s stamped one tomorrow, any words of advice would be greatly recieved.:o,Car is a ph1.
I parked infield last year and yes you do get the general public nosing round the car but i never recieved anything bad,no scratches, and just to go to silverstone and into the main gate,be directed to the infield parking area is a buzz.
Unfortunately no cs stand,i parked in-field last year(renaultsport clio 172),was allowed to park with renault alpine owners club, cost me a tenner but was worth it.If its your first time u`ll love it,even if you dont watch the cars round the track there`s plenty to do.Lst year they had a f1 car...
Hello.ive recently purchased an r s inlet with the intention of fitting it to my ph1,but ive found out it may not fit,can anyone shed some light on this, thanks.
There is a fence round all the track pretty much but you can get non obstructed views from the bridges and the grandstands, tele photo lenses are your friend.
Have also been on the renault alpine owners club site and their infield parking applications are avaliable, going to download mine soon and send them off..:D
