Just spoke to Apple. They said refunds and withdrawing payments can usually take 3-5 days, but with a high volume it may take an extra day or two.

Luckily my bills don't come out until the beginning of the month, so I'm okay financially. I'm just starting to get worried in case it doesn't go back in!

Btw I'm not being silly, before anyone says! Account balance is £1101, available balance is £102. Take away £499 x 2 and that gives the right amount. Strange how no one else has had their money taken yet though....

Impressed so far on my 3GS. Notifications are hit and miss. A FB comment to me didn't come up and Twitter mentions are taking a while to come through, although the first one came through fine.

'Downloading and installing this update will delete all the apps on your iPhone. Please apply this update on the computer where you sync your apps.' I've never synced my apps onto my iTunes, but I back up to this computer. If I click sync apps it says all existing apps and data on your phone...

Still trying to really understand this., so 2 questions. 1) Can I choose what I want to have synced with iCloud? As in if I don't want my music to sync with iCloud I can untick it? And just sync my contacts etc? 2) If I do sync my music, when I import a CD into iTunes and it automatically is...

Bit confused. iTunes can't find any update for 10.5 and the iTunes section on apple.com says iTunes 10.5 coming soon....

New app update. Very different!

The money has come out of my account, but it still isn't showing on my statement. Does this mean it's in 'holding' as such, and will show up when it's dispatched? I'm waiting for one payment to Apple to go back in from where I cancelled an order as the website messed up and it processed 2 orders.

Had Apple process 2 orders as the website messed up so just had to cancel one. Fingers crossed they haven't cancelled both of them!
