i noticed a big diff changing to this unit from my kenwood kdc9590r which had 4v preouts. afaik it gives a bigger signal to the amps meaning less gain and better sq, i had to turn my gain down on both my amps when i changed as it was so much louder with the pi hu.
looks loads better in the flesh, got a smooth aluminum finish. looks quite abit diff at night aswell as it lights up white around the dials. would get a pik but feeling abit tired..
ive got one of these in mine and am very happy with it, very good sq, 3 sets of 6.5v preouts. not sureabout the adaptor thingy tho...

as for ins, i can,t tell the diff between 1.8 and 2.0l just by looking can u;)
the only turbo conversion worth doing is the high boost setup which cost something like £7000 iirc. their is a fella on here who may be selling his highboost setup that he built ( tony 16v, i think) wanted around the £4.5 mark

my bad, i thought it was a fuel pump but it turns out its the fuel gauge sender unit, the fuel pump is located to the right of this under the floor so i can just about see it. from what i can see both ringnuts ( pump and sender) look wet. so im now thinking it may be 1 or both of the seals??
btw this promblem is'nt down to nick, just a problem with fuel tank. i would recommend nick hill to anybody as the work he has done is second to none. even to the point of last friday when eng was put on rollers and blew an oil seal resulting in the eng losing its oil and developing a tapping...
