my valver on ph2 rims, now back on 17's tho, btw, massive diff in speed between the 15's and 17's

got mine done on the valver about 3 months ago, cost £282 supplied and fitted

they should be able to go lower, ull need a small allen key it unlock the bottom platform ( u can see the hole on the lower platform in ur pic) once its unlocked u should just be able to unwind with ur hands, thats what i do with mine. hope this helps
