yeah the standard ones are ok but just wanted no which set up would be best and how much iam looking at spending for a good set up . but i don't do any track day's as i have me own track on the way to work but it's even better on the way home no straglers to get in me way . lol

can anyone tell me if doing these mods would loose me any performance from the engine . i have had a new stainless from the cat back and put a induction kit on to me 172 cup but i feel that it has not given any more peformance , is because i am driving it everyday and don't really see the change...
i had valver it was sweet as a nut , it had it's litle probs but all in all great to drive and stuck to the road like bostick glue and the sound was awesome . and then a young girl goes and shunts me from behind and rights it off . a real shame as it had just had a performance clutch on it . but...

i have been toying with wether to change my exhaust . but the usual problem is which one to choose . can anyone give some advice as to which one to pick , do i go for big noise or nice and suttle , twin or single .....
