greased the bar up etc, sprayed it but when iv secrewedf the nut in to the bar and tightend the bolt up to the socket, i then go clockwise and tighten the bolt even further into the socket? is this right? as on...
surely thought if your holding the bolt in place whilst turning the nut clock wise, wont it just wind its self into the tortion bar not pull it out
