    They really don't need anything changed to use on track. Loads of people on here strip the interior, buy cheap Coilovers to use once for a 15 minute session then hate the car for daily use and sell it.

    If you're getting them because the standard ones are too high, then you'll be disappointed. The recaros are also very high!

    Welcome! Admiral are who I use and they always seem to be the cheapest. Make sure the 182 has had the cambelt done at a proper garage.

    Welcome. I wouldn't go putting any chips on a car under warranty. 23 mpg Is probably right if you are just driving it around town.
