    You can spend £53k on an abarth 500... The new edc clio is roughly the same price as a mk3 200 with the best options, so not more expensive!

    I'm pretty sure you could get them in magnesium and normal alloy material with the magnesium ones being pretty light.

    I would avoid the cheapest end of the market. The early ones will need the belts doing so that's why people are getting rid.

    Metro thing in bright green that was given to me. Didn't even get to drive it because it failed the MOT on serious chassis rust. Was scrapped straight away!

    Nope, completely random tbh. Some people have tootled to the shops doing 5k a year and it breaks and some people do 20k a year on track and it's fine!

    Gearbox seems to be the main issue. It'll either need replacing or be fine. Quite a step up in power!
