My aux belt came off the other week after the alternator snapped, I was so so lucky that it wrapped itself round the bottom pulley. Have you asked yet what solution he is going to offer?

Yeah this is also a good idea, can usually pick up some decent bargains on ebay for part worn Pirellis, Michelins etc.

If you are selling the car soon I would at least be looking to put some semi decent on, I think they say a lot for the owner on what rubber is fitted. If they see you with some cheap budgets they may think you have skimped else where on the car, but I also see your point of you are selling it...

Xenons. Angel eyes are gash. You are meant to have self levelling and headlight washers for them to be fully legal but you won't get any hassle for them. Far better than some hids bunged in a normal headlight. May not pass an mot but it depends how strict they are.

Cheers. We put my mates fuel rail on as didn't want to disturb his injectors swapping them all around etc, car ran fine. So faffed on with all 9 injectors I had and managed to make 1 working set of 4 for now and car seems to running fine again. Going to send the others off for cleaning though.

All injectors read around 12.5volts. Going to try a friends fuel rail off his car.

Looks great. Seen quite a few around now and they do look nice on the road. Not my kind of car though.

If you want an decent off the shelf one I would just go with the new BTM one. Everyone seems very happy with theirs. I have a custom one but its not from longlife. Depends what your after, I wanted something fairly loud so that was pretty easy to create ha.

Your last one looked awesome! Shame about the issues on the red one but sounds like you will turn it around. They look great in red.

Unlucky that you had the issues you did but I think you just get some sheds where they cause nothing but hassle and others that never miss a beat. Some of friends 182s constantly have something wrong with them, mines not really missed a beat and its done 37k of abusive miles in just over 16...

I think its broke, not hammering. Lol. Mine gets daily abuse all the time and the very least it ever does to a tank is 290. The rest of the time it does 330-350.

You can get one from Renault for around £200. Part number is A13Vi300 for the alternator itself.

Not a massive of E36s but in that colour that looks awesome!
