theres a lot of piracy on xbox yes but its not as easy as visiting a torrent site.

They had a choice, make it for the consoles and port over to pc and make some money or make it for the pc, sell a handful of copies and watch as millions play it. Not exactly difficult and this was always going to happen, pc gamers may complain but they only have themselves to blame for this*...
