I agree, by speccing air con you are adding a lot of the weight back into the car and so the only real reason for getting a cup over the FF is the price difference imho

The good news is the 197 is a step forward from the 1*2s, its fix while you wait instead of booking it in for multiple days and driving about in 1.2 courtesy cars ;) I have had my 197 for a month and put nearly 1500 miles on it already :o It is without a doubt a brilliant and fun car to drive...

any-one who says a 197 slow is used to sub 6 second 0-60s imo, between the 197 and my friends 172 I noticed virtually no difference in straight line speed, its been said before but its all down to who hits the loud pedal 1st. Just out of interest, you listed a cup and the R27 have you not...

yeah but there is a big difference between a load of miles put on for warranty work or a load of miles put on in return for free products, I'd happilly have my car back with an extra 300 miles and a free exhaust, sport cat, suspension etc
