Whilst we're talking about customer service, I forgot to mention my dealings with Waxamomo last month. I ordered a pack of 4-5 cheap MFs but they turned out to be out of stock. They upgraded me to the same quantity of more expensive (£4 each) Dodo Juice MFs for free! Happy days! :D
