I have tiger sealed rear mounts and my boot floor vibrates like a nutter on idle.

Cts, thermostat or naffed up timing. Only 3 things it could be tbh, and my money is on the timing even if they are highly regarded we are all human.

Different metals react differently to heat. I had some spacers (cheap) years ago and my wheel bolts kept coming loose so i kept re tightening them . In the end when i removed the wheel the spacer had changed it now had the imprint of the rear of the wheel in them. Don't skimp or your wheels...
